Provocative is building containerized GPU data centers integrated with direct air capture (DAC) systems, combining AI infrastructure with climate technology in a single modular deployment. Focused on AI inference workloads, each site pairs NVIDIA GPU clusters with on-site carbon capture that purifies and sells CO₂ to local industrial and food and beverage customers — improving unit economics while enabling faster installation and monetization than traditional hyperscale facilities. The company holds an issued patent on its sensor-controlled adsorption capture system and has deployed initial GPU and CO₂ capture infrastructure in Boston.
